For two weekends:

– from 6 until 8 December 2019

– from 13 until 15 December 2019

Then non-stop:

– from 20 December 2019 until 5 January 2020


Access to the Bella Lui Star Festival is free, and it is open to everyone.

There is a charge for some activities, for example the workshops, just to cover the cost of materials required for the workshop.

Access & parking

The festival is mostly taking place in the centre of Crans. Don’t hesitate to come by public transport and use the funicular, SMC bus or post bus.

The closest stops to the festival are the SMC bus stops ‘Grand Place’, ‘Téléphérique’, ‘Sporting’ and ‘Scandia’, and the ‘Crans Poste’ post bus stop.

Rue du Prado (from the Place de Charmettes to the junction with the Route des Mélèzes) will be closed on 6, 7, 8, 13, 14 and 15 December 2019 between 10.00 and 22.00.

Different car parks are available; Crans Cry d’Er, Grand Garage, Rhodania, Le Régent Congress Centre car park, Scandia and Etang Long car park.

Etang Long and Le Régent congress centre car parks are free.  

Limited mobility

The chefs’ market, the village of the big wheel and the apero square are accessible for people with limited mobility, including the animations scheduled in these areas (except the big wheel itself).


Public toilets are available underneath the Scandia church and in the Golf Club cloakrooms.


Different sheltered areas are available, but the festival will take place in winter in the mountains. Please dress accordingly.

The Lantern Path in particular is situated in an open natural area which may be covered with snow. Therefore please ensure that you are wearing suitable footwear.
